Lake of the Ozarks wedding-need suggestions

We are planning on getting married in April. We have gone to three locations, Tan-Tar-A, Lake of the Ozarks Golf Resort and Seven Springs Winery. I need more ideas, none of these seem to be "us" We were looking into Haha Tonka State Park where they have the castle ruins, but you are only allowed 20 people around the castle and the shelter houses don't have running water...Not wanting to have it in a church. We are looking to have a beautiful wedding, and a super fun reception. Tan-Tar-A just seemed so run down and the wedding areas were so small and not very well maintained in my opinion. The Casa De Loco Winery is out, because the date is taken. ANY suggestions would be very very much appreciated! Good luck to all you lady's :-)

I just found out how much it's going to cost to get married in my own church. It's definitely out of my budget. Any ideas where I can have a nice, yet inexpensive ceremony?

I HAVE TO CHANGE MY WEDDING DATE. I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE FAMILY COMING IN FROM EUROPE AND AUSTRALIA AND THE DATE I BOOKED DIDNT WORK FOR THEM. SO I NEED TO MOVE IT UP ONE WEEK. AND THE JEWEL IS NOT AVAILABLE THAT WEEK I NEED ... BASICALLY THE FAMILY COMING FROM EUROPE IS COMING DURING THEIR SPRING BREAK. I WOULD HAVE FOR THEM TO COME THE WEEK BEFORE OR COME AFTER WHERE THEY REALLLLYYY WANT TO COME FOR THE WEDDING... SO SINCE I CANT HAVE THE DATE AT THE JEWEL I HAVE TO CANCEL. SO IS THERE ANYONEEEE NEEDING THAT DATE. IT WILL BE A BEAUTIFUL TIME IN A BEAUTIFUL PLACE. I HAVE WANTED MY WEDDING THERE FOR AS LONG AS I REMEMBER. BUT AM WILLING TO CHANGE IT FOR FAMILY. PLUS THE VIDEO GUY I WANT HAS MY DAY AVAILABLE... WHICH IS A GOOD VIDEOGRAPHER AND THE CHEAPEST OUT THERE...SO I CAN RECOMMEND... SO IT GIVES ME 2 REASONS TO CHANGE THE DATE. AND I PROMISED THE LADY AT THE JEWEL THAT I WOULD TRY TO FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE MY SPOT. THEY ARE BIG ON HAVING THAT PLACE RENTED ALL THE TIME.

hello. i am having some trouble. i need to cancel my reservation with the jewel box and they are giving me a hard time about it. has anyone had to cancel there before... how did it go? im trying to cancel it 13 months before the wedding date... or does anyone want to take my spot if they allow that??

I am thinking of having my wedding and reception at the Sheldon Concert hall or The Roberts Orpheum Theater. as anyone ever been to these theaters for either a wedding or performance?

A family friend wants to cater our wedding as a gift. This is obviously the most economical way to do this but I'm having a hard time finding ANY location that we can bring in our own food or drinks. We would love to do it outdoors. Any suggestions?
