Black white decor

This past Sunday I was one of the venders at the Kemp Bridal Show. So my idea would be for your cake table.

The booths had black tablecloths, with black table skirts. I safety pinned some white icicle lights around the edge of the table, and covered that with a bolt of white tulle which I had a clear elastic sewn into the top so that it would gather, then used a black sheer ribbon with a white snowflake design to cover the safety pins and bring the two colors together. Normally I would have draped the tulle on top of the table with a strand of white lights underneath, however I ran a little short, so I just draped it around the cake and fountain.
